Low Angle Rope Rescue - Operational

“Accredited by the California Fire Service Training and Education System for credit toward California State Fire Marshal certification”

Course Description: Designed to equip the student with the techniques and methods for using rope, webbing, hardware friction devices, and litters in low angle rescue situations.   4 hours lecture and 20 hours lab.

Prerequisites: must be affiliated with a Fire Department, Police Department, Emergency Medical Services or Search and Rescue. Firefighter I Academy College Level. Must show proof of transcript from an Accredited Academy. If you did not attend an Academy you will not be able to enroll.

California State Fire Marshal Certificate

Enrollment: Must have 12 students for initial class

Low Angle Rescue: extra training requires 8 individuals.
